With the 384th in America, France, and Belgium  - A history of the 364th written shortly after the war.

Warbook of Co. E - A detailed history of Company E but it provides a lot of detail as to the formation, training and deployment of the 364th in general.

AEF Combat Instructions - Issued in September 1918, this provides an overview of the AEF's tactical doctrine. Unfortunately the ideas in this manual represented more of an ideal than the reality.

Military Notes on Training and Instruction, No. 1 -  Issued in August, 1918, this book is a collection of various subjects concerning combat.

Manual for Privates of Infantry of the Organized Militia of the United States (1908) - This was issued as a basic manual for privates and was intended to give an overview of what the private was expected to know. While this was somewhat dated by 1917-18, it still has some useful information.

Gas Warfare, Part II: Methods of Defense Against Gas Attacks - Provides a general overview of chemical warfare in general and what sorts of gas masks are being used by all of the combatants, both Allied and Central Powers. Also provides information on the various chemical agents being utilized.

Gas Warfare, Part III: Methods of Training in Defensive Measures - Provides a general overview about defensive measures again chemical attack and how to conduct training. This book also show the proper methods for wearing and using the 1917 SBR Gas Mask.

Regulations for the Uniform of the United States Army 1917 - Provides an excellent reference source for uniforms, wear of badges and campaign ribbons and other interesting items. These regulations were later modified in response to conditions on the Western Front (the best example being the elimination of the campaign hat for front line troops).

Private's Manual by Col. James A. Moss- Provides a good overview of what a soldier was expected to know plus it offers a lot of practical information that is not readily found in official sources.

Non-Commissioned Officer's Manual by Col. James A. Moss- More of the same but for the NCOs.

Manual of Military Training by Col. James A. Moss- Focused primarily on the training at the Company level.

Army Paperwork by Col. James A. Moss- Another in Col. Moss's self-help military manuals, everything you wanted to know about Army paperwork.
